LEXAMICA PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how Lexamica, Inc. ("Lexamica," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our website at lexamica.com (the "Site") or use our referral platform services (the "Services"). This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and Services, as well as through other interactions you may have with us. Data Controller vs. Data Processor Roles
Lexamica acts as a data controller for information we collect directly about you (account information, usage data, communications, platform analytics). We understand that law firms have heightened confidentiality and professional responsibility obligations. Our platform is designed to support compliance with Applicable Rules of Professional Conduct, including attorney-client privilege protection and client confidentiality requirements. However, each Member Firm remains responsible for ensuring their use of our platform complies with applicable ethical rules in their jurisdiction, as detailed in our Master Terms and Conditions.
